Telephone Teller (ARU)

The audio system, Telephone Teller, at Fairfax County Federal Credit Union can save you time and money. With the updated AudioTeller you can conduct many of the most common transactions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without ever leaving your home or office.

To access your account press 2; for Credit Union Services press 3.

When the AudioTeller asks you: For English, press 1; for Spanish, press 2. Then you will be asked for your account information. To access account information, press 1;  for credit union information, press 2

The AudioTeller will then ask for your account number. Enter your Account number, followed by the # sign; then enter your ID number, followed by the # sign. If you know the selection you want you do not need to wait to hear all of the options. If you do not know what selection you want you may listen to the menu for a listing of your options. 

Please note, the AudioTeller will ask for your “Suffix Number”. This is a security feature of the AudioTeller System.  All Fairfax County  Federal Credit Union members have the following “Suffix Numbers”:

Shares (savings): 00 Share Draft (checking): 02 Holiday Club: 03 Vacation Club Accts.: 04 Money Market: 05 Loan 1: 01 Loan 2:02 

For example, after you have entered your Account Number & Personal Identification Number (PIN).

 To check your saving balance:

 Press 1, 1, 2, 00 

 To check your checking balance:

 Press 1, 2, 1, 02

 To transfer from savings to checking:

 Press 2, 1, 00, amount# ($20.00 is 2000#) 1, 02 then 1 for ok or 2 to cancel.

 To transfer from vacation to checking:

 Press 2, 1, 04, amount# ($20.00 is 2000#) 1, 02 then 1  for ok or 2 to cancel

To transfer from checking to savings:

Press 2, 1, 02, amount# ($20.00 is 2000#) 1, 00 then 1 for ok or 2 to cancel.

To transfer from checking to loan:

Press 2,2,02, amount# ($20.00 is 2000#) 1, then the loan suffix, 1 to process or 2 to cancel.

To review checks that have cleared:

Press 3, 2, 4, 02.  For all drafts cleared in the past month press 1, for a specific draft press 2.

To changed Personal Identification Number (PIN):

Press 4, 1, enter new number followed by # sign, then press 1 for ok or 2 to cancel.

To transfer from checking to another member’s account:

Press 2, 1, 02 amount# ($20.00 is 2000#) 2, enter other member’s account number, #, then 1 if correct or 2 if incorrect.  Now enter the suffix of the other member's account number. Press 1 for ok or 2 to cancel.
