The primary goal of the Supervisory Committee as noted in the National Credit Union Administration’s (NCUA) Supervisory Committee Guide for Federal Credit Unions is to ensure management’s financial reporting objectives and regulatory practices have been adhered to.
 
If you would like to notify the Supervisory Committee regarding matters involving regulatory compliance, please click supervisorycommittee@fairfaxcu.org  and the Supervisory Committee will investigate the matter.  
 
If this matter involves an issue that is member service related, to include, but not limited to requesting:
 
  • an explanation of activity on your account;
  • an explanation of fees charged against your account;
  • a refunds of fees charged against your account;
  • additional products and services be offered by the credit union; or
  • changes in existing products and services offered
